Q. What time do you open and close?
A. We open at 5am and close at midnight 365 days of the year.
   
Q. Can I feel safe leaving my car with Alpha Car Parking?
A. Yes; our indoor and outdoor parks are fully secured. The undercover car park is fully enclosed and the outdoor park is completely fenced.
   
Q. To meet my flight on time how long should I allow for check-in?
A. Please set aside at least 1 hour before your required check-in time at your Airport terminal.
   
Q. How do I get from your car park to the airport terminal?
A. Alpha Car Parking runs a free shuttle service on demand to ensure hassle free transfers.
   
Q. On my return how do I pickup my vehicle?
A. Simply give our friendly staff a call once you have landed and we will dispatch our courtesy shuttle to pick you up.
   
Q. Do you except all payment types?
A. Alpha Car Parking excepts Cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards Master/Visa/Amex/Diners or Bank Card. Please note Amex and Diners attract a 5% surcharge.
   
Q. Do I pay on drop-off or on my return?
A. We ask for payment when you drop off your vehicle that way when you get home you simply hop in and you’re on your way.
   
Q. Is there a minimum amount of parking days required to use your service?
A. We at Alpha Car Parking Brisbane Airport realise that you might only be going away for a day and therefore we have no minimum parking days.
