Parking Agreement Terms and Conditions

1. All vehicles entering this car park are subject to these conditions.
2. You must pay Alpha Car Parking its then prevailing fees for your vehicle to be parked in this car park.
3. Alpha Car Parking does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to your vehicle, its accessories, contents or other property or for the death or injury suffered to you or any other person.
4. Alpha Car Parking at its discretion may revoke its authority for you to use this car park at any time.
5. The keys or access code for your vehicle must be given by you to Alpha Car Parking who may move or drive your vehicle at any time whilst it is in the car park and Alpha Car Parking is not liable for any damage caused to your vehicle if it is moved.
6. Alpha Car Parking may deliver the vehicle to any person producing the then prevailing Alpha Car Parking Vehicle Claim Document or such other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to take possession of the vehicle as Alpha Car Parking in its sole discretion deems satisfactory.
7. Alpha Car Parking will not be responsible to you if the Alpha Car Parking Vehicle Claim Document or evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle is produced by a person other than you.
8. Alpha Car Parking may retain possession of the vehicle until these conditions are satisfied and all monies due and owing to Alpha Car Parking have been paid by you.
9. If any of these conditions are illegal or not enforceable, the offending condition or part of the condition shall be of no effect and does not affect the validity of the remaining conditions and each exclusion of Alpha Car Parking’s liability in these conditions is subject to any law that restricts or forbids that exclusion of liability.
10. No modifications, variations or amendment of these conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both you and the Managing Director of Alpha Car Parking
11. In these conditions, Alpha Car Parking refers to Alpha Car Parking (Qld) Pty Ltd ABN 36 271 425 095 trading as Alpha Car Parking.
